- Go to the calendar and select your dates
- If you want to book the three bedroom option, add the third room as an extra
- Check your booking and click Book Now
What happens next
Your booking is not confirmed until we receive a deposit payment. After you book we will block the dates on our calendars and send you a PayPal payment request for the deposit.
Once the deposit is paid, we will send you a booking confirmation.
When you receive the confirmation, you are booked.

Payments
Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment via PayPal.
After you book we will make two further payment requests.
Half of the outstanding balance 30 days before arrival.
The remaining balance 10 days before arrival.
If you are booking less than 30 days before arrival we will require half of the balance to be paid with your deposit.
If you are booking less than 10 days before arrival, we will require the full balance to be paid.
Cancellation
When booking more than 30 days before your arrival date
You can cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the deposit payment and get a full refund.
When booking between 30 days and 15 days before arrival
You can cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the deposit payment and get a full refund.
When booking between 15 and 10 days before arrival
You can still cancel but we will only refund 50% of your payment. Remember that you will have already paid half of your full booking amount at this point.
When booking between 10 days and your arrival date
You can still cancel but we will only refund 50% of the total booking fee
