- Go to the calendar and select your dates
- If you want to book the three bedroom option, add the third room as an extra
- Check your booking and click Book Now
What happens next
Your booking is not confirmed until we receive a deposit payment. After you book we will block the dates on our calendars and send you a PayPal payment request for the deposit.
Once the deposit is paid, we will send you a booking confirmation.
When you receive the confirmation, you are booked.
Terms and conditions
Payments
Your dates are blocked but the booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment via PayPal.
After you book we will make the balance payment request 30 days before your arrival date
If you are booking less than 30 days before arrival we will require the full balance to be paid with your deposit.
Cancellation
When booking more than 30 days before your arrival date
You can cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the deposit payment and get a full refund.
You can cancel any time before making the final balance payment but we will not refund your deposit after 48 hrs from receipt of the deposit payment
If you cancel after making the final balance payment (less than 30 days before arrival), we will refund 50% of your final balance payment
When booking 30 days or less before arrival
The full amount for the booking will be due on the booking date
If you then cancel the booking within 48 hrs we will refund the balance but retain the deposit
If you cancel after 48 hrs, we will retain 50% of the total amount
